Whyyyy am I still up? I’ve been in bed trying to sleep for 5 hours, but instead I keep finding myself searching random hashtags (snowedin and snowday have been my two faves) on instagram and liking random peoples’ photos of wedding things and hot cocoa. Almost creeper status.
I miss the boy. He comes here in 3.5 days. This weekend can’t come soon enough! Minus the getting older part. I wouldn’t mind skipping that. If only birthdays weren’t all downhill past 21…
This week has been amazing. All of this snow fell on our little house in the middle of nowhere, which gave me a decent excuse not to head back to Denver. Kris got two snow days off of work, and I was lucky enough to get to stay up here for the whole week. I was unlucky enough to get to shovel the driveway today. See that blue trash can? Yeah. That’s a lot of snow, and its only from half of the driveway!! I’m just preparing now to wake up with a back and arms full of useless, painful muscles.
We are headed to Rapid at the peep of dawn to buy a snow blower for the jobsite and some groceries. Yes? The snow blower is going to be kinda like salting my wounds since I did spend 2 hours shoveling today… but I’m excited for our mini rapid city trip!! :)
Hey Miami, you’re beautiful. And you would probably be even more beautiful without all the smokers and the loud music festivals and the expensive things.
I have been here for almost a week and I love it! So much to do and so many people to see! I am starting to miss my main squeeze, though. No burns yet, so I’ll call this one a success.
Unless it’s mad, passionate, extraordinary love, it’s a waste of your time. There are too many mediocre things in life; Love shouldn’t be one of them

I just got home! Well, I got home last night but I was super exhausted and went straight to bed. The cruise was amazing… mildly expensive, but worth it. I got to spend every day with the best guy ever, we went to Magen’s beach which national geographic says is one of the top 10 beaches in the world and I would have to agree, though I haven’t been to all the beaches on earth so I don’t know for sure. I’ll probably post some pictures when the hustle and chaos of getting home is over. Time to get caught up on work :(
